ராதையைப் பற்றிய எண்ணத்தில்
நினைந்து கண்ணன் உள்ளான். அப்பொழுது சந்திரன் தனது முழு கிரணங்களோடு தொடு
வானத்திலிருந்து மேலே எழுந்து வந்து அவர்களது பிரிவைக் காணவருகிறதா அல்லது அழகான
மாந்தர்களின் நெற்றியில் சந்தனம் மிளிர்வதைப் போல் உள்ளதா? மகாகவி
ஜயதேவரின் வர்ணனையை 13வது அஷ்டபதியில் கேட்கலாம்.
”ஹரி எனது இருப்பிடம் வராமல் எனது இளமையும்,அழகும்
வீணானது. எனது தோழியர்கள் என்னை ஏமாற்றிவிட்டார்கள்” என்று ராதை விசனிப்பதை இந்த பாடலில் கேட்கலாம். புதுக்கோட்டை
கோபால க்ருஷ்ண பாகவதர் இந்தப் பாடலை ஆஹிரி அல்லது நீலாம்பரி ராகத்தில் பாட
சிட்டைப் படுத்தியுள்ளார். நாம் இரு ராகத்திலும் பாடி இன்று க்ருஷ்ண ஜயந்தியை
கொண்டாடி, ராதையையும் கண்ணனையும் நம் இல்லத்திற்கு அழைக்கலாம்.
